In the members area you should have a button or something that says click here to have your server restarted automatically by rackshack if its down for lets say 1 hour straight.

The reason I would love to see this A.S.A.P. is because some days i’ll wake up and have about 5+ emails from Rackshack Service Monitor and thats nice and all but after a certain amount of time I dont see why they couldnt automatically look into it.
