I have just purchased WHT special total control server.
Server was provided in timely manner, but It was down 3 times during 12 hour period and got down each time it was rebooted. Nothinbg even was loaded to the server. Well it happens.

I filed a trouble ticket explaining the problem asking either to replace the server or cancel it. Tech asked me to tell what happens to the server. Surprise, surptise. I though it is his job to do investigation of the problems, not mine. Also they noted that we weill be charged for the server though it is down and it passed less than a day we got it.
