Wanted to make sure to say thanks to the support team there at EV1 for their assistance. I’ve had two problems recently probably caused my a missed ; or , and they took care of my problem promptly and got me back up and moving again.
I purchased my original server back in May and have just recently picked up a third system from EV1.
The only problem I’ve had was the double billing incident and my subsequent battle with customer service (which was my fault for being hot headed).
