I’m having problems with urchin on my server – it’s stopped recording data for one of my sites. I’ve tried to get support from The Planet, but the staff member assigned does not even know how to log into urchin, even though she was given the correct login information. Urchin was installed by The Planet for me, it was fixed almost a year back by The Planet when the same kind of problem happened – but this time for some reason the person on the case does not know what to do. Nothing has changed with urchin since the last time it was accessed and fixed by The Planet.
