We currently have a website hosted somewhere else. We have a subscription based site where people pay a certain amount per year to have access to video tutorials.

We need a host that can offer us streaming video. Where we are now, if 10 users get on at once, the videos need a full 60 seconds or more to buffer then still stop half way through. Each video is around 5 minutes long, around 18mb each. There are around 50 videos now. (would like to add more)

Bandwidth is a huge problem with this other host. Currently they have us on our own link, on a T1 line, 4 gigs per month plan and 20 gigs transfer. They say last week we were at 40 gigs.

This is what I need for sure:

For the users to go on and see STREAMING videos, no waiting just click play and watch the whole thing.
I want at least 200 people to watch at a time.
