I have a case opened since Dec 4 in orbit for a problem with the remote console on my P2800 server, and this is the time that nobody has touched it. I’ve called and was told “the rod people are very busy” and there is still not even an answer from them on the ticket. I was thinking on buying another server here, but this kind of support is not acceptable. Can someone from here (if anyone even monitors these forums) look at my ticket and do something about it ?
