So we finally ordered a TC server to replace our current SM server. Unfortunetly, we ordered it last Friday so it didn’t show up till yesterday. But now it just says:

Hardware Status: Ready for software (AP)

It has an IP but the Console says its offline w/o any additional network info or user accounts for either DRAC or Windows… How long do I have to wait for an OS? Or am I missing a step here? When we ordered from SM, they didn’t close the provisioning ticket till it was all done ready for me to log into..
