I’ve only had my Total Control server for around 20 days, but already the NAS has been down for two of those days – currently it’s been down for over 12 hours due to unannounced maintenace.

My suggestion – if the current NAS can’t be improved to provide 99.5%+ uptime, replace it with the new idisk technology for all current NAS customers smile.gif Presently the NAS seems to be a blemish on the overall excellent performance of the Total Control packages.
