Web Hosting : 123 reg nameservers to downtownhost

Hostgator and Bluehost are our best webhosts and godaddy.com is the best domain registrar.

This web hosting thread started by Stiff on 30 August 2008

I’ve never used a domain name from a different host. This is the first time I need to change nameservers, though I havn’t figured it out.

When I fill in the nameservers at 123-reg, it doesn’t work. I’ve heared this has something to do with the domain lock, though I can’t seem to find it anywhere.

To make this clear, the domain is registered at 123-reg and my hosting at downtownhost.

Also another question, do I only have to change the nameservers, or also do something with DNS?
