What are preferred (pluginable) alternates to the billing software’s ticket center?

WHMCS has a crappy ticket interface, and so does ClientExec… I cant stand it. If anyone knows a good script that plugs in, please let me know!

So far, ive looked at Kayako and am impressed, but I dont know if it integrates.
