Web Hosting : anyone hosted with pacificrack.com?

Hostgator and Bluehost are our best webhosts and godaddy.com is the best domain registrar.

I am currently hosting my dedicated server with pacificrack.com. the support has been great, however, I am having a problem with their sales ticket answering speed.

A sale question related ticket was not answered over 2 days and I had to contact them through live chat to ask them if there was anyone eventually answering my ticket. This happened several times and I can not stand it anymore really. I like their service with the great support, but at the same time, their speed answering some sales questions scared me off. I would like to know if there is anyone hosting with this company with the same experience or just me.
