Web Hosting : Can I pay someone to advertise my sites for me?

Hostgator and Bluehost are our best webhosts and godaddy.com is the best domain registrar.

The problem with advertising is that unless you do it yourself, you may have to pay more in advertising than you actually make from profit unless you have an amazing service/product. I swear that Adwords just takes your money and doesn’t give you visitors in return. Because when I manually contact someone there is a 90% chance that they will join my site whereas through automated processes like Adwords, thousands of people will visit (according to Google) yet out of those thousands no one signs up.

I am really burned out when it comes to finding contacts who may be interested in my site. Is there a way I can pay someone to do this for me? Everyone that I know from my sites say that they will help but never do the job. So is there a business or someone here that knows how to get people to your site without charging you hundreds of dollars for no results in return? Basically I want to pay someone who can give me results since I can no longer do everything myself.
