Web Hosting : Domain Hijacked from GoDaddy to Register.com

Hostgator and Bluehost are our best webhosts and godaddy.com is the best domain registrar.

So heres the story. On August 17, my domain was hijacked because it seems the hijacker was able to get access to my account to GoDaddy and transferred it to Register.com. By the time I got home and checked my email, it was already transferred without my permission. The thing was that GoDaddy specifically stated that I have until August 21 to cancel the transfer process. I followed the instructions on how to stop the transfer but it seems like my domain was already transferred before I can ever cancel it. I called GoDaddy and asked why they transferred it immediately before they even give a chance to cancel. All they said was that they can’t do anything about it anymore since the domain was no longer in their control. I then called Register.com and told them my situation and they forwarded my dispute to their legal department since they believe that it was kind of suspicious. Later I filed a dispute from a link on Godaddy’s website and they asked for my ID and I gladly submitted to them. I kept on contacting them just to see the status of my dispute every few days and weeks. It’s now September 5 and I still unable to get my domain back. I remember that there was some guy here on WHT also experienced this kind of situation and he was unable to get back his domain for like 2 months. I don’t have time to wait this long. Is it really that hard to transfer back the domain between different registrars? I can’t even pay for the server due to downtime for weeks and the lost of advertisements on my site. Do you guys have sugguestions on what should I do or how to speed things up to resolve my dispute?
