I started with FDC in the beginning of 2007, I had unmetered and loved not having to worry about the bandwidth usage. I had a good experience there for the first few months then had a bad experience when I sent one of my new servers there. I even came on here over a year ago and posted about it, I was fairly upset and decided to move out.

About eight months ago, I decided I would give them another try. I figured I had a good enough time there at first, they deserve another chance. I had originally planned on going unmetered again but they had just launched their Internap special and I could NOT pass it up ;-). I was one of the first, if not the first, on this new network and I loved it. Great download speeds, great ping times, barely any issues.

In that time, there have been a few problems here and there, for example the power replacement at CBOT causing 5 hours of downtime. This wasn’t a huge mess because they gave fair warning and it was expected and needed to be done. Other than small issues from there, maybe 30-45 minutes of total downtime in the rest of the months, I have been completely satisfied with moving back.

Support always answers within 15 minutes, sometimes almost like instant messaging, free OS reloads, and for the price…you can’t go wrong.

I guess the only bad thing I can say about them now is that I can’t expand further with them because they have no space left!

I don’t think enough people give FDC credit, they provide a great service for the price and most people only come on here to complain about there service, but my hats off to Petr and his team at FDC, great job!
