I am currently with KH and have nothing, but good things to say about them. Their support is good, service is good….blah…blah…blah…

Unfortunately, I have come to a point where I have to upgrade my RAM, which my budget won’t allow. Hence I have decided to move to some other host. I have gone through reviews of Future Hosting, and they I am yet to see a negative review about them. Further, their offers seems better compared to KH. But I am most concerned with Service and Support.

Can anyone, who has been with KH and FH, compare your experience with them?

What is their usual support ticket response time? With KH, it is around 20 mins.
