Web Hosting : GSPay gets on my nerve

Hostgator and Bluehost are our best webhosts and godaddy.com is the best domain registrar.

I don’t live in the US, Canada or UK and is looking for an international merchant account.

It’s very hard to find 1. I googled it and GSPay was the first result, after checking out their website, their service sounded pretty good for an international consumer like me.

I wanted to find out more details.
It was cool that they have instant messaging such as MSN & ICQ.
That means I could get instant replies!

I added their contact in my MSN and started asking questions.
The person replied like an automated bot and I wasn’t happy not being able to get my answers.

So I tried the ICQ and the reply was almost the same.
I asked if it was a real live customer service replying my message, he/she said yes.

Whenever I asked some questions, he/she replied with lousy English, I still could not get my answers.

I asked for the manager and he/she said he/she is the manager.
I thought that perhaps the manager came and took over the chat.

But the English still sucked.
I asked if they have a payment gateway bundled in their service, he/she did not understand what I was asking.
In fact, he/she asked what business I wanted to do.

And I replied them that I wanted to sell ebooks, CDs, DVDs and a newsletter.
Guess what?
He/she said their bank does not accept such business and only accepts pharmacy and replica business.

Weird, don’t you think?
Those type of business are pretty rare, so I wonder how their bank’s gonna survive with such business.

It’s so f*cked up chatting with that outsourced customer service rep, I think I might go with WorldPay although the charges are pretty steep.
