Web Hosting : Holdfire help. Really need help here :(

Hostgator and Bluehost are our best webhosts and godaddy.com is the best domain registrar.

I am with Holdfire and have been for around 6 months.

A few days ago they suspended my account. They gave me no warning or any response for over 7hs.

When trying to open any domains on my account i am taken to this page: htt-p://holdfire.net/suspended.page/

This their response:

We do not provide backups to clients that currently have a suspended account with us. Please bear in mind that this is an issue that can be resolved.

Your account is currently suspended due to your account using too much CPU on the shared server.

The account, leedoyle, is currently overloading the CPU on this server with to many active web requests.
