Web Hosting : Hosting plan with SSL certificate, suggestions?

Hostgator and Bluehost are our best webhosts and godaddy.com is the best domain registrar.

we are expecting about 200 orders per month, hosting the site using avactis shopping cart.

Premium plan does come with SSL, but it might be overkill for my needs? What are my other options?

More Specs:
Avactis shopping cart,
Authorize.net
Quickbooks integration through authorize.net
Godaddy hosting(??)

Note: I can get 1yr Jumpline free with avactis cart, but they are expensive after one year. Also how about SSL, do I have to purchase separately? How is the hosting compared between Jumpline & Godaddy.?
