Web Hosting : Hosting problem – servlet not functioning

We are having domain and hosting with Net4india.
We are using java/jsp/servlet/tomcat/linux/mysql.
All the JSP are working.But none of our servlet are
working.
Its a shared hosting.Any solution, kindly let us know.
Net4 is asking us to put all the servlet files
under a servlet folder in the root.In that case
how do we access the servlet.
