Web Hosting : How to change/set the return-path in the emails?

Hostgator and Bluehost are our best webhosts and godaddy.com is the best domain registrar.

i’m setting up a little mailing list, i need to change the return-path to be able to manage all the bounces. So the mail would have the from and the reply to set as user1@test.com, and the return-path to bounces-user1@domain.com or something like that, using the VERP (variable envelope return path). I saw in the RFC 822 4.3.1. that the return-path is added by the final transport system that delivers the message to its recipient. So how can i actually change it? (as a lot of domains do to manage the bounces). Have i to pay a license or something like that? How much does it cost and where i can find it? I searched on the web, but about this topic i found not so much
