i have 2 Centos 5 x86_64 servers in Atlanta, connected to a Vyatta 4 Router via the eth0 private network connections (A VMWare VM Running on server 1 in Atlanta).

The Vyatta Router has an IPv6 tunnel setup, and routes from the 2 servers (configured using radvd daemon – autoconfiguration)

So – Server 1 has its Global IP & gateway/routes setup and Server 2 has it setup correctly.

I can ping and traceroute both Server 1 and Server 2 from my laptop (IPv6 enabled, different /64). I can make TCP connections to Server 2 (ssh & http etc work fine) however all connections except ICMPv6 to Server 1 fail (for apache, netstat shows connections staying in FIN_WAIT1 and SSH remains as ESTABLISHED, however it never gets to the Key exchange stage)

But connections to Server 1 from Server 2 and vice versa are fine. Connections to from Server 2 and another off-net Server, and my laptop are fine, but connections to/from Server 1 to any off-net servers/computers do not work except for pinging.

Any ideas what might be contributing to this – Server 1 is running cPanel 11 Current and Server 2 is not.

All servers have iptables, ip6tables and SELinux disabled.
