Web Hosting : Is a VPS with 128mb RAM enough for… ?

I’m looking at a VPS with 128mb dedicated and 256mb burstable RAM. What I need to have on it is MYSQL, HTTPD (HTTP + HTTPS), Mail and FTP. My site has not much traffic, not more than 3000 visitors per month and it’s an online shop so not CPU intensive. Do you think that would work on a VPS with the mentioned specs? Anything special I should think about if/when I install the apps on the server? Any good light FTP server or/and mail server you can recomend? I need HTTPD as webserver since I’ve worked with it before.
