Web Hosting : Looking for a web host

Hostgator and Bluehost are our best webhosts and godaddy.com is the best domain registrar.

I need some help. I am looking for a host ideally someone providing atleast 50GB, above that will even be better and 250GB bandwidth atleast. I want the host to be fast and allow streaming videos by which i mean xvid videos through divx web player. The budget is $6 at most. Currently I had a host who was providing 100GB webspace and 1000GB bandwidth and it was fast and allowed me to host videos and play them smooth that too for $3.
Unfortunately that host is closing and I need to find a new one.

Can anyone please help me find one as I am soo confused. Too many hosts but not such which one to choose and which one to trust.
