Web Hosting : Looking for an appropriate host

I’ve been asked by my client to do some research on a good host for them to move their site to, since they are completely fed up with the service they’re receiving from their current host (WebFaction). I am the one who put them on WebFaction originally, and that was where I moved them after I put them on Media Temple right in the middle of their whole gridserver fiasco a couple years ago, so I’m feeling like I’m really on the spot here to put them somewhere good.

I’ve been doing some research and am having trouble finding a host that offers a plan that fits their needs. At their current host they are using about:

- PHP 5
- MySQL
- 3 subdomains
- 4 mailboxes
- ~2.5GB of disk space
- Pretty low processor usage (only 1 database query per page view; there is some php logic pullling content in from text files, but it’s nothing complex)
- Average ~130GB/month bandwidth since they have videos on several of their pages. ->This has been the major requirement i’m having trouble meeting without things getting too expensive when browsing plans at various hosts.

Their number one priority is reliability and quality of service/support over cost, though I don’t really want to suggest to them that they have to spend $50/month since they are only paying $10 right now.
