Web Hosting : Need advice for high risk ecommerce

Hostgator and Bluehost are our best webhosts and godaddy.com is the best domain registrar.

I need someone to tell me how to have a couple of high risk businesses without getting shut down.
How do sites like rapidshare, thepiratebay, or watch-movies.net get away with it? what about a site like highreplica.com?

I need a good host, good payment processor, maybe merchant account. Please, any advice, let me know.
