Web Hosting : Need help picking new host

Hostgator and Bluehost are our best webhosts and godaddy.com is the best domain registrar.

I am in need of some help finding a good web host for my domains. I have been with a company for over 4 years now and I just think it’s time to split from there, too many times down and no one ever answers the phone, so its time to go.

I dont have alot of domains, call it 19, and they are all mine. I currently have a reseller account with all domains hosted under that. I use hsphere control panel. I currently pay $45 a month.

#1. Uptime is priority. If its 99.9% thats exactly what I expect. I cant deal with going down a couple times a week, and then have zero customer support.

#2. Speed, i cant deal with it taking minutes to load pages

#3. I would prefer a data center thats NOT in florida.

I dont have any objection to using cpanel or some other control panel, im just used to hsphere.

60% of my sites run mysql db’s.

I dont host any large files

Im not sure if i need a reseller account, since i own all the domains hosted and dont plan on selling hosting.
