I have processing history of approx 15months of processing history with a total gross of over 2million. My account is still active, althought I believe I need some more room as far as chargebacks go. According to the control panel for the merchant account, I’ve had around 1% chargeback rate throughout the duration of the account. I am with a banking institution here in the US. Fully incorporated etc and have perfect credit. I need an account that will allow for more leeway in terms of chargeback % due to new products.

Please don’t offer advice on how to reduce chargebacks, I am well versed in that area and due to the nature of the products, and being 100% digitally delivered, I don’t believe there really is a way to reduce that (I have 1800# along with customer srvc reps)
