As suggested from my welcome email, I’m just writing to introduce myself.

I operate a couple of businesses and need a dedicated server to run the various sites and services from. I chose NetRackServers and to my delight I notice that they appear to have completely dropped off the face of the earth today.

So I’m here looking for advice and at least managed to find someone else making a post about the downtime. Which brings some relief, perhaps in a similar way that sharing a foxhole or a leaking boat helps with the “Is it just me?” feeling?

Well, I’m in the market for a new dedicated host and I imagine I’ll be needing a refund from NetRackServers for this.

If anyone has contact details of their directors, etc, I would like to hear from them.
