Web Hosting : Non existing .bz whois check

Hostgator and Bluehost are our best webhosts and godaddy.com is the best domain registrar.

Yesterday I registered through name.com nice .bz domain, however when I try to check my domain whois from official .BZ registry http://www.belizenic.bz/ I always get some year ago expired whois datas from xy person.
I checked few random domains and I realized that that those .bz records are atleast year old, outdated and I can’t find way to make valid .bz domain whois check.

As another interesting thing I noticed that almost every “interesting” .bz word (sell, chat, call, sales, shopping, etc..) belong (and expired?!) from same misterious person which is listed also as expired domain owner of my domain. It always appear same name.

I wondering how name.com knew that my domain was free (before i bough it) when even belizenic.bz don’t have accurate datas. I am also curious what’s with all those hundreds (or thousands?) domains like sell, chat, call, sales, shopping.. which are marked as “expired” from same person years ago but in same moment not available. Who have real .bz domains whois datas?
