Web Hosting : Not a good start with Jaguar PC

Hostgator and Bluehost are our best webhosts and godaddy.com is the best domain registrar.

I’ve tried to restore my database via SHH. I kept getting memory timeout errors and lost connection. I contacted them and they told me I needed more RAM. So I added 128mb to my 224mb. Now I have a total of 352mb, which is much more than my previous host with cpanel. I keep getting the same errors and now my plesk is now down with the following error

“Service is not available now, probably your Plesk is misconfigured.
Contact Your provider for details.”

Ticket responce are sometimes quick and sometimes very slow, 12+hours. Currently waiting for a responce to a ticket I submited 4 hours ago

I’ve also noticed a resource outage, the whole time, since and before the ram upgrade. Is this what is causing the issue?
