Being new to the whole VPS scene they helped educate me on what I need, the process, and some of the basic administration of a VPS, such as SSH access, ect. I am very thankful because of that, it was helpful being a new guy to a VPS, up from Reseller and Shared hosting.

The account was setup within a day, would have been sooner although I screwed up on my Gmail account, so don’t order a VPS at 1:00 AM Anyways, process was quick, payment was accepted, logins e-mailed, I was all setup.

Whenever I have had to submit a ticket to support the wait hasn’t been long at all, same with IM support great too. Might add its fully managed, although I like to handle this stuff myself so the guidance they provided was great.

Pretty far I have had a positive experience with them, no major complaints. Although its been a month and a half its been a positive one, the only complaint is the high price tag, which is the reason I am forced to leave, because its out of my budget. I am sure they will improve there business more over the years, and look to see it grow.

If anybody is considering them I would recommend them, very helpful, IM support almost at anytime of the day, if your on the East Coast. Fast setup, maintain communication via tickets and IM, I haven’t called in yet though.
