Web Hosting : Server Setup Qoute

I am looking to maybe move my hosting to a dedicated grid.

This setup would be completely unmanaged. This is what I get for setup
from them.

Unmanaged Service Overview In Simple Terms
1. By default all machines are patched. However, you are responsible
for patching after you become the owner of the server.
2. The servers are already setup to a degree for basic things. That is
basic tools are available such as editors and yum.
3. By default servers are configured with the following options – Base
Operating System with SSH enabled.
4. The firewall is turned off by default you have to turn it on if you want it.
5. Additional IP address can be rented for $1.50 each (request a link)
6. Servers are located in unstaffed privately held Lights Out
Facilities that are located throughout the Chicago Metro Area.

What I would like to do is have 2 of the servers setup as webservers for a number of domains in a failover method. If the first one goes down, it automatically switches over to the other server. I would like the 3rd server to be a mysql database server only.

I would need everything setup from apache, mysql, control panel. I only want to have to move the domains, content and databases.

Is there anyone that would set this all up for me, and what would you charge for something like this. One Time Fee.
