I recently closed a reseller account with them because their hosting server goes out for hours at any time of the day and they never respond. Sure they are a cheap option for a reseller hosting plan, $9.99 a month. This could be a good choice for some hobby websites but if you host customers whose business depend greatly on email and website, then you should not consider this hosting.
