Web Hosting : tools to monitor the server load (cpu, ram, etc…)

Im looking for a script to live record the load average status of my servers and vps.

So a tool / script that can show things like cpu and ram load and usage, etc…
So does anyone can advice me on a software, tool or script that i could install at my server to monitor my server load usage.

Note: I would prefer a open-source of free tool, but im also willing to pay for a commercial solution.

So any advices or recommendations?
