Hostgator and Bluehost are our best webhosts and godaddy.com is the best domain registrar.

First posting, but I am very much hoping that someone on here can help me.

I am in the process of trying to tranfer my hosting from my current provider (for all my other domains) to a new provider who was recommended to me.
On contacting their sales team this morning to discuss how to transfer the new domain in, I was informed that they are no longer accepting .tv domains as ‘they are all failing.’
As an owner of a number of small businesses running on .tv domains, this has obviously left me greatly concerned. I have sent through an email to them asking for clarification, but was told to ’send a ticket to support, it’s a support issue.’
If anyone on here can assist on this, I would very much appreciate it, and it is likely to leave me with some hair left by the end of the day.
