We just migrated over to ubersmith, from MB4 + eSupport and not too bad. I’m a client with a supplier who uses ubersmith, and I’ve always liked the client interface. Very simple and has everything there.

Ubersmith has a nice mass email feature too, that’s handy for making general announcements and server specific announcements. Not too shabby. Also a bit more account automation than MB, which is good. Client feedback has been very positive too.

Don’t get me wrong, our MB4 = eSupport interface did the job and rather nicely, but we wanted more. Also I’d rather roll around naked in a field of stinging nettles, than upgrade to MB5, or whatever they call it these days.

So herein begins the ubersmith journey . . .
