Web Hosting : URGENT: fatal error: out of memory

as i receive more traffic, i get this php error message, about out of memory, and that it tried to allocate some….

how to fix this? i’ve googled everywhere. i tried changing php config, but didn’t make difference.

also now i have like 30~50 httpd processes…..
