Web Hosting : Web users in Plesk

Hostgator and Bluehost are our best webhosts and godaddy.com is the best domain registrar.

Hi, I’m sorry if this is a silly question but I just set up a new FTP account through Plesk so that someone at my site can upload some pictures.

My only conearn is how to type the URL address for those files.

Say for example I have picture.jpg under a web user account named john, how do you type in the address?

I thought something like…

mydomain.com/web_users/john/picture.jpg

…would work, but it isn’t. Any help would be appreciated. I have the feeling I’m missing something really obvious here. Perhaps I misstyped or there’s a permissions thing.
