Hello all, about just over a week ago I purchased the “personal” web hosting plan from www.gigapros.com, and I would just like to take the time to write what I think of the service.

1. The plan and features:

My personal plan came with 2gb hard disk space and 10gb traffic allowance plus an unbelievable amount of features such as, cPANEL , Ruby on rails , Fantastico Deluxe, and alot more there is just so many features that come as standard for all plans I cant list them here. Go to their web site and see what I mean.

2. The price, payment plans and options

For my plan its cost 5 dollars but since I am from the UK it is £2.50 so that is a fantastic price for all that you get.

Their pricing plan is as such:

Primary Features Starter Personal Advanced Webmaster Business

$2.50/mo $5/mo $10/mo $20/mo $30/mo

And you can pay these prices month to month , every 3 months, every 6 months or every year.

For payment they accept PayPal and CreditCards.
These card-types are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

TIP: If you don’t own a credit card, simply buy a PRE-PAID credit card from your local store.

They also domain sales and registration at low price, this is how I got mine.

3. Support:

Gigapros support is absolutely fantastic! They have a 24×7 support team for sales and technical questions.

I made a mistake the other day in my web site and I went to the online technical support live chat and within 30 minutes my problem was fixed! Any time I ever need them they can be reached through the live chat or by phone 24×7.

4. Connection, uptime and download:

As am from the UK and they are from the USA I wasn’t expecting my download speed and connection speed to and from them to be really fast but it is!

I downloaded from them with my full bandwidth! (240kbs) and the connection to my web site is really fast as well, it is just like a normal connection and download to a UK page, as far as I can see there is no connection or download difference! which to me is amazing for the price and location!

It has been about 1 week or a little less since my web site was up and since my hosting account was made and my web site has been published from that time, I have not experienced 1 second of downtime! No server is down error messages, no cPANEL login errors, not one connection or server issue! My web site is always up and there has not been one issue! I would say their uptime is 100%!

5. Final thoughts:

I never write or post reviews but after over a week with this fantastic host I have to let you all know that for the price, the features, support and connection you will not find any better than Gigapros!

I know that they may not be for everyone and that is ok, all I am saying is they have been exactly what i am looking for in a host. My reasons for choosing Gigapros is :

1. They are affordable.
2. They have a great customer support team.
3. They are feature rich.
4. They have a great connection and uptime.
5. They have simple and easy interface.

I highly recommend www.gigapros.com to anyone for the reasons I stated above. They tick all the boxes that make a great host for me.
