I’ve seen plenty of them and I think I have the basics covered…

Over the past week my client base has been growing rather rapidly. So I’m looking over everything and making sure I have the basics covered and trying to think what are my next steps to take.

So here’s my checklist:
-Domain + Website
-VPS (Dedicated server is priced out and budgetted for within the next month or 2 depending on growth.)
-Domain reseller
-cPanel/WHM
-WHMCS (Themed for site and MaxMind)
-Forum (Themed for site)
-Help Desk Support (24×7 Outsourced Tech Support, should I focus on getting in-house support? 24/7 sales/billing? Live chat? Phone support?)
-Dedicated L3 Server Admin Team
-24/7 Server Monitoring (5 min. intervals, all issues escalated to L3 Admin team)
-Local advertising

Suggestions? Comments? Ideas?
