I spent alot to time in writing a node module (properties.module) that can work with a content type (properties) + CCK fields. I actually wanted to view and theme “properties” both as teaser and page view.

The problem is that hook_nodeapi works fine but hook_view does not. When I change the module of this “properties” content type in node_type table to properties, hook_view starts working but then node fields (title and Body) disappear.

I am using the bluemarine theme and I have only one sidebar. I only want to have a couple links on that sidebar, so I would like to fix that height so it doesn’t tile. (The image I want to put in the sidebar cannot tile) Where do I do that?

My problem is related to several others that have been recently posted but I can’t quite find the answer there. My guess is it is a common problem for fledglings so please bear with me.

I have found a template I wish to use and it’s almost perfect except for the logo. I’ve successfully replaced the logo.png file in the images folder and my logo now loads with the template.

The problem is that it appears to be sitting inside a box somewhere which is presumably designated in the CSS to be a certain number of pixels high and wide. I could resize the logo to fit, but it would be too small to be effective. I’d therefore like to change the size of the parameters which are controlling what size will be displayed.

Can someone please direct me to where I might find that in the code?

Your help, as always, is much appreciated.

I dont know how hostgator can list all the things you have on the site, then when you start to use them, you get SHUT Down !

Tonight a folder was BLOCKED because it was using to much memory ?

What was the cause?

I will never know, they send out an email AFTER its blocked, no way of seeing if it was a DOS attack, hits by search engines.

You dont know, it just stopped working, then when you use the chat room (when its working) you get agents who dont know what the problem is.

FINALY you get an email, with meaningless data which you suppose to unnderstand.

Then after a phone call, your told if your not nice to admin, dont tell them what they want to hear, then you dont get unblocked.

Well here is someone who is now moving to a better company, who has a better customer support.

This isnt about memory use, if I had been alerted, then I could have check straght away, you dont get the chance, they just shut you down.

Then when you try to get answers, YOU GET NOTHING, and made to look like a criminal !
