Webhosting : Two questions about ubiquity server solutions.

I have two questions about ubiquity.

I am looking at colocating 1U in their seattle facility.

First question: Has anyone ever had trouble with servers failing? I would be kinda screwed if it failed so do you have any suggestions about how to avoid failure? I will be using a HP DL360 G3 box.

Second: Has anyone used the 100mbps shared connection from ubiquity?

ubiquityservers.com/shared-unmetered.php

I need about 100GB total monthly bandwidth, is that a problem? Anyone experienced huge packet loss or latency on this?

I know it is not ideal, but i am looking for facts from people who have used this.
