Webhosting : Windows Server Software?

Hostgator and Bluehost are our best webhosts and godaddy.com is the best domain registrar.

I have read quite a few pages of posts and can’t find a answer to my questions. I currently host my clients on a Layered Tech Fedora Machine with Cpanel. I am expanding to add a Windows server as some local business clients have expressed needs for ASP and other windows only services. I just ordered a new dedicated server with Windows 2003 Server Edition on it.

As far as the control panel, I have a license for Plesk on my Fedora box, so I will be using Plesk on the Windows as well.

What other software do I need to install? Is there some package I can purchase that is all in one type thing? I am referring to apache, mail, ftp, SQL and other services. I know I can buy them separate. Can someone give me a list of what I should have at the minimum?

Also what Firewall is best for Windows Hosting? I use APF plus I had Rack911 harden my Fedora Box for me at the time.

Is there any guides for setting up a windows server for web site hosting from scratch?
